@metin@graphics.social I had the NES version, and used to cry myself to sleep over how hard it was. With a few tweaks to the controls and handling of player movement overall, I think one could actually make a good game out of this.

The IPAs were fine, btw. Fine. Nothing to write home about, but fine. Beer hasn't been the same this last decade, beer has actually just gotten worse and worse. I can't name a beer that was created after 2015 that's worth drinking. At the same time, some of the old classics have gotten worse over time. The Trappist beers are always fantastic, and it seems I might have to move to 100% Trappist for it to be worth even paying for beer. Or I might just quit beer altogether.

Last night: Immolation were brutal as fuck. That man's voice is a weapon of mass destruction. Marduk were brutal as fuck. Morgan looked like he was sweating and in pain even before he got on stage. Their drummer is FAST. Mayhem were brutal as fuck. Attila did too many clothes changes for my taste, but/and he performed extremely well. I had a good number of beers, met a girl, walked home in the rain.

I wiped my phone and installed GrapheneOS on it. Sucks that I still have to use some banking and transport apps that aren't available outside Google, but at least the phone looks and works exactly the same as before. I can't really tell the difference, apartfrom the shit keyboard, but I guess it's all good.
